Having longstanding roots to Langley, Chad was born and raised here and still calls Langley home. Growing up with a general contractor and business owner as a father, Chad believes this was fundamental in developing his work ethic and has lead to his “24/7 - open door policy.” Being involved and surrounded by subdivisions of land, new construction, and the development of properties over the past 20+ years, Chad’s knowledge goes well beyond his years. Additionally, Chad grew up playing soccer for Coquitlam Metro-Ford and worked in Coquitlam for many of years. He maintains strong relationships with family and friends throughout the Tri-Cities and North Vancouver, in fact, Chad approximates that 50% of his business is West of the Port Mann. Chad worked full time during his University years while obtaining his Bachelors of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. His work ethic was on display at a young age even leading to graduating High-School a year early. 

In his leisure time, Chad continues to play soccer for the Langley Men’s Premier Team and leads an active healthy lifestyle. He also is a volunteer coach with Langley United Soccer Association giving back to the community.
