Do you only sell homes in Fraser Valley?
We sell properties throughout the entire Fraser Valley and various other areas in BC.
Do you sell any type of real estate?
Almost. Our Team is unique because of our broad and lengthy range of expertise. We sell residential, strata, investment, foreclosures, development, new construction, acreages, farm, and commercial property. However, in the rarest of cases, if we feel your property would benefit from additional expertise, we’ll gladly refer you to someone in our referral network who may be better suited to your needs.
How long will it take for my house to sell?
There are many factors that affect the timing of selling your home. A few of these are within our control, but many are not. The major factor we DO have control of is market exposure. We strategically manage the marketing and exposure of your home to target serious interest and qualified buyers.

How do I secure financing?
